Since 2011, Joe Rossi has been a driving force in the local real estate industry.  After spending several years in corporate law and business startups, and with over 10 years experience negotiating complex multi-million dollar contracts, Joe applies these skills to benefit his real estate clients. In late 2019, Joe set out to deliver even better services and more individualized attention to his clients by starting this boutique real estate brokerage firm, Rossi Real Estate Services LLC. 

Joe builds upon his exemplary communication skills, negotiation experience, and his background to ensure his clients’ interests are zealously advocated for.  He clearly explains transaction details and is by his clients’ side every step of the buying and selling experience.  Furthermore, Joe listens to his client’s wants and needs.  In a recent transaction, the buyer profusely thanked Joe, stating he was, “[T]he only one in the transaction that was capable of communicating with the sellers in a way that ensured we were able to close on our dream home”.

Joe earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing Management from Siena College and a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School.  He lives in Loudonville with his wife and two children and served as a member of the Board of Directors of CAPTAIN Youth and Family Services for 15 years and the SPAC Junior Committee for 2 years.
